摘要
黏湿细颗粒煤炭的筛分是选煤技术的难题。为了提高这类物料的分选效果,对弛张筛的结构进行了研究,建立了合理化的弛张筛模型;根据工作中激振力为2 k N、电机转速800 r/min的条件,利用有限元分析软件对筛框进行了瞬态动力学分析。
The screening of sticky fine particles of coal is the technological problem of coal preparation. In order to improve the separation quality, the structure of flip-flow screen was studied with the model of flip-flow screen. And transient kinetic analysis was done for the structure of flip-flow screen,.with FEA software, according to the exciting force was 2 kN and the motor speed was 800 r/min.
