摘要
基于ANSYS平台进行掘进机伸缩部导向块堆焊热应力的数值模拟计算。采用ANSYS提供的APDL编程语言模拟堆焊过程中的温度场分布。求解温度与应力的耦合场。对于预测掘进机伸缩部导向块堆焊过程中的变形量与变形趋势具有较好的指导作用。
Perform numerical simulation of thermal stress of overlaying welding for guide block of the roadheader telescope unit based on ANSYS. Using APDL programming language provided by ANSYS to simulate temperature field distribution during overlaying welding. Solve coupled field of temperature and stress.Forecast the deformation value and deformation tendency of guide block of the roadheader telescope unit during overlaying welding with a preferably function.
