摘要
随着煤层开采深度的增加,矿井的开采难度增大,煤矿对大倾角带式输送机的需求也越来越多,大倾角大运量带式输送机的滚筒工况复杂。因此在进行滚筒设计时就要考虑交变应力等载荷对滚筒疲劳寿命的影响。利用ANSYS和FE-SAFE有限元软件对改向滚筒的疲劳寿命进行分析,通过改变滚筒的筒皮厚度、幅板厚度和幅板间距等参数,经过反复建模分析研究得到滚筒疲劳寿命与滚筒各参数之间的规律曲线图。以此对滚筒进行优化设计,使滚筒具有较大的疲劳寿命。
With the increase of mining depth of coal seam, the difficulty of exploitation of mine increased. The demand of large inclination belt conveyor becomes moro and more. The drum conditions of large inclination belt conveyor is very complicated, So when design the drum, the influence of alternating stress and load to drum fatigue life should be considered. In this paper, the analysis of fatigue life of bend pulley was completed by means of the finite element software of ANSYS and FE-SAFE, and by changing the parameters including the thickness of drum cylinder and hub and the spacing of hubs. Then repeated modeling analysis, the discipline between drum fatigue life and drum parameters was gotten, at last, the optimal design was exercised to improve the fatigue life of drum.
