摘要
介绍了一种运锚机配套用新型运输机构,该运输机构兼具运输物料和支撑整机功能。阐述了新型运输机构的设计功能,确定了运输机构的工作空间;对配套伸缩油缸的能力进行计算,对整体结构进行有限元分析,确保整体结构强度满足安全要求;对两处连接部位强度进行校核,避免连接部位过早失效。
This paper mainly introduces a new conveying mechanism used for transporting and bolting machine, this mechanism have the function of conveying materials and supporting the whole maehine. The paper describes the design functions of the conveying mechanism and determines its working space. The capacity of the telescopic cylinder is calculated and the overall structure intensity is checked using Finite Element Method to meet the safety requirements. The intensity of the two connection parts arechecked in order to avoid oremature failure.
