摘要 根据15#煤层地质条件,以及15#煤层的赋存状况和井田开拓特征,结合矿井设计规模以及晋城地区开采15#煤层的经验,选择合适的采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机、转载机、破碎机等设备。满足45万t/a的设计生产能力,设计工作面长度为120 m(巷道中心距)。提高设备利用率,实现了安全、高效生产。 According to the No.15^# coal seam geological conditions, as well as the occurrence condition and No.15^# coal seam development characteristics, combined with the scale of mine design and experience of mining of No.15^# coal seam in Jincheng area, we have selected the appropriate shearer, hydraulic support, scraper conveyor, conveyor, crusher equipment. Meeting the design production capacity of 450 000 t/a, length of working face is 120 m (tunnel center distance). Improve the utilization rate of equipment, realize safe, efficient production.
