目前国内岩巷掘进主要采用钻爆法和综掘法,但是这2种掘进工艺都存在着进尺水平低、机械化程度低、成本高、投入高、工效低、粉尘大等诸多问题。尤其是当岩石硬度较硬时,掘进效率更差。针对这些问题,提出了冲击破岩式岩巷快速掘进作业线,利用冲击破岩式掘进机、多功能全方位液压锚杆钻车、全断面湿式喷浆装备实现高效率、低成本、低粉尘的岩巷快速掘进。

Especially when the rock hardness is hard, driving less efficiency. To solve these problems, and puts forward the impact of broken rock type quick rock drivage line, using the impact broken rock bolt machine, hydraulic drill rig, full face wet shotcrete equipment to realize the high efficiency an multi -function d low cost, low dust in the quick rock drivage.
