摘要 基于某型号减速器监测仪和煤井工作面监测监控系统的现状及需求,提出了研发了一种工作面输送机监控平台,对平台功能、硬件和软件实现方案进行了阐述。该平台能实现工作面输送机系统的集中控制和各个设备的运行过程中的温度、压力、流量、液位以及电机的电压电流等参数的监测功能,经过调试各模块可有效监测设备参数并能有效准确控制输送机起、停等动作。具体研究了该设计在煤矿生产过程中的实际应用,结果表明该平台能实时高效监测控制煤矿生产过程中输送机的关键参数,为煤矿安全、高效、可靠生产提供了技术保障。 Bsedd on the current situation of a particular model of facing reducer monitors and monitoring system and demand, roposing a face conveyor transport platform for monitoring the development of a face conveyor monitoring platform,right platform functionality,hardware and software implementation are described. Monitoring function of the platform can be achieved during operation face conveyor system and the centralized control of each device in the temperature,pressure,flow,level, and the motor voltage and current parameters, after comissoning of each module can effectively monitor the device parameters and can effectively and accurately control the conveyor starting and stopping such action. Specific research of the design processin coal production partical application,The esults show that the platform can effectively monitor the real-time control of the production process of coal conveyor key parameters,for mine safety,efficient and reliable production to provide technical support.
