跳汰机新型数控蝶阀的研发与应用

摘要 针对煤用跳汰机传统风力驱动数控电磁风阀的不足,研发出步进电机驱动的新型数控蝶阀,其风门的开口大小、速度快慢及停顿时间调整方便。实践表明,该风阀结构简单,可靠性高,成本低,寿命长,备件消耗少,具有分选效率高,分选效果好等优点,为洗选煤企业跳汰机数控风阀系统的升级改造提供了参考。 According to the shortage of traditional numerical control air-powered valve driven by air, a new type numerical control butterfly valve driven by stepper motor is developed for coal jig, which can adjust the throttle opening size, speed and pause time contently. The practice shows that the new type air valve has compact structure, high reliability, low cost, long service life, less consumption of spare parts, high separation efficiency and better separation effect compared with the traditional air valve. The developed air valve in this paper proposes a reference for numerical control air valve system upgrade and reform in coal jig and washing enterprise.
