摘要
通过Pro/E软件建立液压支架底座的参数化模型,再利用ANSYS Workbench的优化功能,对底座进行优化设计,在满足强度条件下,完成了底座的减重设计。优化后的方案与原设计方案相比,最大等效应力增加7.12%,重量减小14.3%,减重效果显著,从而减少了设计成本,具有很大的经济效益。
a three-dimensional model was carried out tor the pedestal ot the hydraulic support using Pro/E soft, and the optimization design for which using ANSYS Workbench. Premised on the same application requirements, the weight reduction design is realized. Compared to the original set, the optimized one dramatically reduces 7.12% in Vofi Mises stress and 14.3% in weight,which reduced the design cost and had great economic benefits.
