针对选煤厂生产工艺的复杂性和人为操作的困难性,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC和力控组态软件的选煤厂煤流控制系统。利用S7-300 PLC实现现场控制和远程集中控制,同时将实时数据和设备运行状况传送给上位机进行监测,对设备故障等数据进行及时记录并查询,在提高选煤厂现代化程度的同时降低工人劳动强度,保证生产的安全性和可靠性。

Using S7-300 PLC to realize on-site control and remote centralized control, at the same time, the real-time data and transmitted to the PC to monitor the equipment operation, equipment failure and other data record and query in time, to improve the degree of modernization of coal preparation plant at the same time reduce the labor intensity of workers, ensuring the safety and reliability of production.
