摘要
带式输送机作为一种连续的长距离、大运量、高速度的物料输送系统,在煤矿中应用广泛。基于物联网技术,以带式输送机在煤矿井下煤炭运输中的应用为背景,对带式输送机效率最优控制系统进行了研究。并通过现场运行验证了系统的可行性,同时该系统的实施为实现整个矿山物联网状态感知打下了坚实的基础。
Belt conveyor is a consecutive materials transportation system of long-distance, large-capacity and high-speed, which is widely used in mine. The application of belt conveyor in transporting system of the underground coal mine based on lOT technology, the efficiency optimization control of belt conveyor system was studied. The system feasibility was proved by actual operation experience. At the same time, the implementation of efficiency optimization control in belt conveyor system lays solid foundation for coal mine state awareness.
