摘要
主要研究了基于自动化控制的采煤机滚筒调高策略。建立了采煤机调高系统的闭环传递函数,通过闭环传递函数得到了采煤机滚筒调高系统的状态空间方程,通过对采煤机滚筒调高系统中调高控制器进行设计,引入了滑模变结构控制器,得到了采煤机滚筒调高系统的滑移面切换函数。在此基础上对采煤机调高系统进行模拟仿真。
