摘要 主要研究了基于自动化控制的采煤机滚筒调高策略。建立了采煤机调高系统的闭环传递函数,通过闭环传递函数得到了采煤机滚筒调高系统的状态空间方程,通过对采煤机滚筒调高系统中调高控制器进行设计,引入了滑模变结构控制器,得到了采煤机滚筒调高系统的滑移面切换函数。在此基础上对采煤机调高系统进行模拟仿真。 Mainly studies the shearer drum height adjustment strategy based onautomatic control. The first loop shearer regulating system transfer function is established, through the closed loop transfer function ofthe shearer drum tune the state space equation system, based on the shearer drum height adjustment controller was designed in the system, the sliding mode variable structure controller, the shearer drum adjustable slip plane switching function system the. On the basis of the shearer hydraulic system simulation.
