摘要
依据电牵引采煤机牵引部的结构和工作特点,建立基于动态故障树及蒙特卡洛仿真的可靠性分析模型,求出顶事件和底事件的累积失效率。结果表明,引起牵引部过热的关键因素是轴承之间的磨损、水箱缺水和人员操作不当。仿真结果对设计可靠性更高的电牵引采煤机及其现场使用中的维护与维修具有重要的参考价值。
According to the structure and working characteristics of electrical haulage shearer, a reliability analysis model of the traction department was established, which was based on dynamic fault tree and Monte Carlo simulation. And the cumulative failure rate of top event and every basic event were found. The results showed that the key factors caused the traction department overheating were abrading between bearings,water shortage in water tank and personnel improper operation. The simulation results had great reference value for designing an electric haulage shearer with high reliability, as well as maintaining and repairing in field application.
