冬虫夏草联合脂肪源性干细胞移植对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨冬虫夏草促进脂肪源性干细胞(adiposederived stem cell,ADSC)对大鼠缺血/再灌注损伤神经保护作用。方法:线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,将动物随机分为:模型对照组、冬虫夏草组、ADSC移植组、冬虫夏草+ADSC组。术后7d行神经功能缺陷评分(NSS)、悬垂实验及被动活动实验,采用实时荧光定量PCR分别检测梗死区炎症介质Iba-1、IL-1Β和TNF-αmRNA的表达水平。结果:冬虫夏草+ADSC组NSS评分显著低于单独治疗组和模型对照组,而悬垂实验及被动活动评分则显著增高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组和单独治疗组对比,冬虫夏草+ADSC组梗死区Iba-1、IL-1Β和TNF-αmRNA表达水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:冬虫夏草联合ADSC移植对大鼠脑缺血神经保护作用优于单独治疗组,其机制可能与冬虫夏草和ADSC能够协同发挥抗炎症作用有关。
