新兴经济体企业国际化研究述评——制度理论的视角

A Research Review on the Internationalization of Firms in Emerging Economies:Institutional Theory Perspective

从制度理论的视角出发,沿着"制度环境的概念、构成维度和测量,制度环境对新兴经济体企业国际化的前因、战略过程和绩效结果的影响,新兴经济体跨国公司对制度创建、维持和变革的能动作用"这样的脉络,对相关文献进行系统梳理和详尽评介。在此基础上,认为未来的研究可以在制度环境的综合测量,制度环境的层次、维度和特性对企业国际化程度和过程的中介和调节作用机理,以及制度化与新兴经济体企业国际化的协同演进机制等方面进行深入探索。

From the perspective of institutional theory, this paper systematically analyzes and evaluates in detail the related literature along such a vein that is from the conception, dimensions and measurements of institutional environments to the influences of institutional context on the antecedents, strategic processes and performance of firms’ internationalization, and then to the agency of internationalizing firms in emerging economies on the institutional creation, maintenance and change.Based on this, the paper further points out that future study can explore the comprehensive measure of institutional contexts,the mediating and moderating mechanism of levels, dimensions and attributes of institutional contexts on international intensity and processes, and the coevolution mechanism between institutionalization and firms’ internationalization from emerging economies.
