摘要
探索性学习与利用性学习是组织生存和长期发展的基础和关键,这两种学习的研究已成为组织研究中一个新的范式。通过对组织学习文献的系统梳理,着重对国外有关探索性学习与利用性学习的主要平衡理论(途径、方法)进行了分析与评价,从中找出平衡学习的本质及解决办法。
Exploration and exploitation are the basis and core for an organization’s survival and long-term development, and the studies of the two types of learning have become a new research paradigm in organization theory.Through a systematic generalization of organizational learning literature, the article mainly analyzes and evaluates about the balancing theories(ways and methods) of the exploration and exploitation, in order to find out the essences and solutions of balancing between the exploration and exploitation, and provide the reference for business management practice and theoretical base for academic study.
