摘要
跨国界知识转移有助于提高跨国公司的创新能力,日益得到学者和业界人士的重视。鉴于此,以中国跨国公司为研究对象,从控制的视角分析了进入战略两阶段(绿地/并购,独资/合资)选择对跨国公司总部与东道国分支机构之间知识转移效果的直接影响,并探究领导者风险偏好在这一影响过程中的调节效应。研究结果表明,相对于并购而言,绿地的控制力较高,更有利于中国跨国公司跨国界知识的有效转移;相对于合资而言,独资的控制力较高,更有利于中国跨国公司跨国界知识的有效转移;领导者风险偏好对绿地与并购选择影响中国跨国公司跨国界知识转移效果的调节作用不显著;领导者风险偏好加强了独资的控制力,正向调节了独资与合资选择对中国跨国公司跨国界知识转移效果的影响。
Cross-border knowledge transfer can help to improve the innovative ability of multinational company,which increasingly gains the attention of academics and practitioners. In view of this, taking the Chinese Multinational Company as the research object, from the perspective of control, the paper analyzes the direct influence of the two-phase selecting of entry strategy(Greenfield/Mergers and Acquisitions, Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Joint Venture) on the knowledge transfer effectiveness between the headquarter and branches of multinational company, and examines the moderation effect of leader risk preference in the influencing process. The research result shows that with the higher control force, the Greenfield is more facilitate for effective cross-border knowledge transfer within Chinese multinational company than the mergers and acquisitions; with the higher control force, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary is more facilitate for effective cross-border knowledge transfer within Chinese multinational company than the Joint Venture; the leader risk preference doesnot moderate the influence of the selection between Greenfield and Mergers and Acquisitions on cross-border knowledge transfer effectiveness within Chinese Multinational Company; the leader risk preference strengthens the control force of Wholly Owned Subsidiary, so positively moderates the influence of the selection between Wholly Owned Subsidiary and Joint Venture on cross-border knowledge transfer effectiveness within Chinese Multinational Company.
