摘要 为了节约板式空气预热器实验的成本,提出了一种根据相似理论建立预热器相似模型的策略。首先,基于相似理论的概念机相似原理,给出了样机模型与板式空气预热器相似的基本条件,并揭示了论证两模型相似的机理。基于此,提出了在相似理论基础上构建板式空气预热器相似模型的可行性。其次,为了确定样机模型与板式空气预热器的相似度,根据相似第三定理和权重系数比对选择的方法进行了进一步的论证。论证结果表明样机模型与板式空气预热器的相似度为0.876,相似度非常高。利用样机进行试验所得的实验数据及结果可以作为板式空气预热器换热性能的重要依据。 In order to save the cost of plate air preheater experiment, proposed a similar theory based on the establishment of a preheater similar model strategy. Firstly, based on the concept of similarity theory machine similar principle gives out basic conditions of Prototype model similar to plate air preheater and reveals the mechanism of the two models similar argument. This paper presents the feasibility of building plate air preheater similar model on the basis of the similarity theory. Secondly, in order to determine the similarity of the prototype model and plate air preheater, according to the third similarity theorem and the weight coefficient ratio, the method was further demonstrated. Results show that the similarity of prototype demonstration model and plate air preheater is 0.876, the similarity is very high. The resulting prototype tested using experimental data and results can be used as an important basis for plate heat transfer performance of air preheater.
