产业链视角下我国住宅产业化发展研究

在政府相应政策的支持下,我国的住宅产业化事业出现了急速发展的趋势,但是我们必须看到其中存在着一些问题。本文旨在以产业链视角剖析我国住宅产业化,列举我国传统住宅产业链中存在的问题,最后提出了住宅产业链的整合方法,力图使得住宅产业化能够快速稳定发展,最大限度地实现其社会价值。

With the support of government policies, our housing industrialization appeared the trend of rapid development, but we have to see there are some problems. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the housing industrialization in our country under the view of industry chain, and enumerate problems existing in the traditional housing industry chain in China, housing industry chain integration method is proposed in the end, trying to makes it possible to rapid and stable development of housing industrialization, maximize its social value.
