摘要 以四川工程职业技术学院实际情况为例,介绍了系统建设的需求、系统功能、建设过程以及一些关键技术。近年来,学院加快信息化建设,人事信息是信息化建设的基础数据,人事处与学院各个部门有千丝万缕的联系,因此做好人事信息的系统化管理显得非常重要。人事信息管理系统实现了新教师登陆系统录入个人信息,等待管理员审核。全部教师可以通过自己的用户名登陆系统查看个人信息,如有问题,及时反馈人事处。这样解决了教师因不知道个人信息而每次找人事处询问个人信息的问题,提高了办事效率。 Taking the actual situation of Sichuan Engineering Technical College for example, this paper describes the requirements of the system construction, system functions, the construction process as well as some key technologies. In recent years, the college accelerates the informatization construction. The personnel information is the basis data for the informatization construction. The personnel division is inextricably linked with each department, so it is very important do well the systematic management of personnel information. Personnel information management system has achieved the login system of new teacher for the entry of personal information, to wait for administrator review. 'All the teachers can login the user name login system to view the personal information, and if have any questions they can timely feedback to the personnel division. It solves the problem that teachers must ask their personal information to the personnel division because they do not know their personal information and improves the efficiency.
