摘要
薄壁U型梁是一种引进国外先进理念设计的新型钢筋混凝土梁型,在南京至高淳城际轨道南京南站至禄口机场段工程成功运用,其具有抗压力强、减震、隔音、节约建筑材料、结构新颖、外形美观等特点,但其结构壁薄,底板最薄处厚度仅为260 mm,且为开口断面,抗扭刚度低,因此,U型梁的架设技术要求高,施工难度大。文章主要介绍了采用架桥机工艺架设薄壁U型梁的施工技术,为类似工程的施工提供参考。
Thin wall U-shaped girder is a kind of new-type reinforced concrete girder designed with advanced foreign concept. It has been successfully applied in the Nanjing south station to Lukou airport section project of Nanjing to Gaochun inter-city rail. It has strong resistance to pressure, shock absorption and sound insulation, novel structure, beautiful appearance and saves construction materials. But its wall is thin. The thickness of the thinnest part of the floor is only 260 ram, and the open section has low torsional rigidity. Therefore, there are high technical requirements of U-shaped girder erection, and the construction is difficult. This paper mainly introduces the process of U-shaped girder erection with bridge girder erection machine to provide reference for similar projects.
