摘要
以昆山中环高砂性土质的超深钻孔灌注桩工程为例,针对常规方法施工容易造成孔壁坍塌、扩孔、甚至危及桩基施工的安全问题作了研究,在桩基施工过程中提出了使用简易机械、对泥浆系统的重新设置等措施,并阐述了详细的工艺流程控制要点,以确保工程的施工质量和安全。
Taking the super-deep bored pile project with high sandy soil at Shanzhong Ring as the example, the paper researches the safety prob- lems including pore wall collapse, reaming, and hazards caused by regular construction methods, points out the reallocation of mud system and a- doption of simple mechanics in the pile foundation construction process, and illustrates the detailed craft procedure controlling points, so as to en- sure the quality and safety of the projects.
