摘要
以晋华宫煤矿为例,对该煤矿8号煤层工作面皮轨合一巷支护参数优化进行了研究,运用FLAC3D建立皮轨合一巷的数值模型,结合原支护方案进行数值分析,可知巷道顶板围岩较为稳定,且锚杆轴向受力远小于其极限荷载,并依据模拟结果和现场经验,设计皮轨合一巷的优化支护方案,通过数值分析可知,优化支护方案能够维持巷道围岩的稳定,降低了巷道支护成本。
Optimization of support parameters in comprehensive transportation tunnel of No. 8 coal seam of Jinhuagong coal mine are carried out. Numerical model of comprehensive transportation tunnel by FLAC3D is established. Numerical simulation on primary support program is per- formed. Surrounding rock of the roof is relatively stable. Besides, axial force of bolt is much smaller than its limit load. According to the simula- tion results and field experience, support scheme of comprehensive transportation tunnel is optimized. Through numerical analysis, the optimized support scheme can maintain the stability of surrounding rock and reduce the support cost of the roadway.
