结合天津某工程实例,通过对模板形式特点的分析,采用塑料模壳现浇密肋楼板早拆施工体系,分析了模壳早拆支撑体系的设计要点及施工工艺流程,并对传统施工方法与塑料模壳工艺进行了对比分析,指出采用塑料模壳早拆体系施工简单,可有效降低工程造价。

Combining with some project in Tianjin, the paper analyzes the features of the formwork, adopts the plastic formwork early dismantling supporting system, analyzes its design points and construction craft procedure, undertakes the comparative analysis of the traditional construction methods and the new approach, and points out it is easy for construction at lower engineering cost.
