摘要
介绍了住宅、写字楼、零售商业物业、工业物业等主要房地产开发项目的含义,并分析了不同房地产项目的开发特点及对区位的要求,提示开发商在项目开发的过程中要结合自身优势和特点,选择合适的开发项目,才能实现项目开发的成功。
This paper introduced the meaning of residential, office buildings, retail commercial property, industrial property and other major real estate development project, and analyzed the location requirements of development characteristics to different real estate projects, suggesting that the developers in project development process to combine their own advantages and characteristics, selected appropriate development projects, in order to achieve the project success development.
