Perfecting the Construction Enterprise Contract Management from the Perspective of Law

建筑施工中的合同是缔约甲乙双方明确法律关系和一切权利与责任关系的基础,在建筑施工中发挥着重要的作用。对合同进行有效地管理,能促进参与工程建设各方全面履行合同约定的义务。此文在阐述进行施工合同管理重要性的基础上,指出了目前我国建筑施工合同管理存在的主要问题,并提出了加强施工合同管理可采取的相应措施,以增强施工企业的竞争力。

The contract in the construction is the foundation of contacting a clear legal relationship and all rights and responsibilities relationship for party a and party b, which plays an important role in the construction. Ef- fectively managing the contract can promote fully fulfilling their contractual obligations of the parties in- volved in construction. In this article, on the basis of expounding the importance of construction contract management, the main problems of the construction contract management in our country and the corre- sponding measures to strengthen the construction contract management are put forward, in order to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprise.
