沥青混合料离析及其预控措施

离析在沥青路面施工中较为常见,是造成沥青路面早期损坏的重要原因。据此,本文结合施工经验,重点对施工过程中常见的离析现象及其产生原因进行了分析,论述了离析现象引起的病害,在此基础上从配合比设计、原材料选择、及拌合、摊铺及碾压等工序提出了预防措施,以便提高沥青路面施工质量。

Segregation is a relatively common phenomenon in asphalt pavement con- struction, it is an important cause for the early damage of asphalt pavement. Accordingly, combined with the construction experience, the common segre- gation phenomenon in the construction process and its causes were analyzed, the disease caused by the segregation phenomenon was discussed. On this basis, the preventive measures were put forward, from the design of mix ratio, the selection of raw materials, and mixing, paving and rolling, so that improve the quality of the asphalt pavement construction.
