山东暨鲁南在新陆桥经济带上具有龙头、经济重心区和东方桥头堡的战略地位,鲁南必须抓住西部大开发和沿桥开发开放的历史机遇,深化对区情的认识,以陆桥经济为导向模式,系统开发,重点推进,从强化支柱体系建设入手,着力构筑鲁南发展的主体框架。

Shandong, especially southern Shandong is the locomotive, economic center and the spring-board in the east of the Economic Belt along NEACB; Southern Shandong has to take the historic opportunity in the development of the West of China and the development and opening of NEACB, deepen the understanding of the conditions of the region, locate targets of development, take the economy of NEACB as the guiding mode, develop in a systematic way, give priority to key projects, and formulate the framework of development of Southern Shandong by strengthening the construction of master system.
