与采用风门调节风量的风机变频节能改造不同,采用液力耦合器调节风量的风机必须拆除液力耦合器。该文详细介绍了除尘风机变频节能改造中驱动装置的改造方案及实施过程,从而确保了风机改造后节能效率最高,故障率最低。
The frequency conversion energy saving reconstruction on the fan adopting hydraulic coupler to adjust air flow is different from that of adopting damper. Describe the reconstruction plan and implementing process of the driving device in the frequency conversion and energy saving reconstruc- tion of the dedusting fan. Thus, the maximum efficiency and minimum fault rate are guaranteed.
