摘要
针对圆盘剪液压锁紧缸频繁泄漏的问题，找到了V型圈作为液压锁紧缸活塞的缺点。改进后有效解决了液压锁紧缸的泄漏问题，确保圆盘剪满足生产需求。
The leakage frequently occurred in the hydraulic locking cylinder of disc shear. Found out that the V-ring used as the piston of the hydraulic locking cylinder is the defect. After improvement, the leakage problem is solved so as to ensured the disc shear meets the requirements of production.
