物流园区土地集约利用途径初探

物流园区是物流业集聚发展的产物。但是物流园区在发展过程中,土地资源闲置浪费的现象比较严重,不仅阻碍了园区发展,也浪费了土地资源。通过对当前物流园区发展过程中问题的分析,提出相应的提高物流园区土地集约利用水平的途径。
