浅谈如何加强高职院校学生党员的培养和发展工作

高职院校学生党员的培养和发展,不仅关系到学生党员队伍的素质问题,而且是推动高职院校党建工作和思想政治教育工作的一项重要举措,对于将来党的事业和现代化起着举足轻重的作用。本文就如何加强高职院校学生党员的培养和发展,建设一支高素质学生党员队伍进行了探索,严格学生党员的发展程序;建立健全新党员的培养和发展机制;促进学生党员的持续教育;充分发挥党团组织优势,从四个方面阐述加强高职院校学生党员的培养和发展工作。

The cultivation and development of student party members in higher vocational colleges, not only in relation to the problem of the quality of student party members of the team, but also is an important measure to promote the work of Party building in Vocational Colleges of Ideological and political education, it is very important .for the career of the party and the modernization in the future. In this paper, the writer is going to explore the following aspects： how to strengthen the cultivation and development of student party members in higher vocational colleges, to build a high-quality team of student party members, to be strict about their development processes, to promote the continuing education,to establish and perfect new members＇cultivation and development mechanism, to give full play to the party organization, this paper from four aspects to strengthen the cultivation of student party members in higher vocational colleges and the development.
