Different from the curriculum systems of the primary and secondary schools, college curriculum systems allow teachers and students little time communicating with each other, let along individual cares for each student. How to make it up is the focus of the study in the article. The project-＂Internet-based Individualized education with teachers＇ intervening -Practice and Research＂ successfully solves the problem, which is shared in the article with more college teachers.
