PBL教学法在整形外科皮瓣理论教学中的应用效果探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在整形外科皮瓣理论教学中的应用效果。方法:针对整形外科皮瓣应用的特点设计教学内容。对照组采用以授课为基础的教学法(LBL),观察组采用PBL教学法进行教学,对2组的教学结果进行考核并反馈。结果:观察组学生理论考核成绩(70.74±8.71)优于对照组(65.60±9.69),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示PBL教学法可以提高学生学习的主动性及自主解决问题的能力。结论:PBL教学法是一种灵活而高效的教学模式,值得在整形外科教学中应用。 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of problem based learning(PBL) in Skin Flap Theory Teaching of Plastic Surgery.[Method] Students w ere divided into control group and experimental group randomly.The teaching content according to the features of skin flap in plastic surgery w as designed.Teaching mode w as applied in control group w ith 1ecture-based learning(LBL) and experimental group w ith problem based learning(PBL).Teaching result w as evaluated and fed back.[Result] The score of control and experimental group w ere 65.60 ± 9.69 and 70.74 ± 8.71,respectively.The theory results of the tw o groups have statistical significance.According to a questionnaire,students w ho participated in PBL w ere more active in the learning process.The PBL pattern could enhance their abilities of solving problems.[Conclusion] The PBL pattern is an active and high-performance teaching pattern.It can be advocated and used in the teaching of Plastic Surgery.
