摘要
目的:通过对浙江省三级医院的效率进行评价分析,了解影响其效率的因素。方法:抽样调查浙江省82家三级医院2010-2012年卫生资源及医疗服务量等数据,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)计算三级医院的整体效率、技术效率、规模效率以及Malmquist指数,运用SPSS16.0统计软件对效率值进行描述性统计分析。结果:浙江省三级医院的医疗服务工作量增长较快,相应地医院的投入也在增长,医院之间的效率存在差异。结论:2010-2012年间,浙江省三级医院处于发展转型期。
[Objective] To understand the factors influencing efficiency of Level-three hospitals in Zhejiang by evaluation and analysis on their efficiency.[Method]The sampling survey on the data of health resources volume and medical service volume of 82 Level-three hospitals during 2010 to 2012 w as carried out.Overall efficiency,technical efficiency,scale efficiency and M almquist index of Level-three hospitals Data envelopment analysis（DEA） w ere calculated.Descriptive statistical analysis on the efficiency value w as done w ith SPSS16.0.[Result]The medical service w orkload of Level-three hospitals grew rapidly in Zhejiang.Accordingly the investment of hospitals w as also increasing.There w as difference on efficiency of hospitals.[Conclusion] The Level-three hospitals in Zhejiang w ere in the transition of development during 2010 to 2012.
