摘要
目的:了解海岛地区老年人用药情况及特点,针对性研究应用授权教育对老年人服药行为及用药知识掌握情况的影响。方法:将3个地区的210名老年人随机分为干预组和对照组各105名,前期调查后,对照组采取传统教育法,干预组采取授权教育,干预后再次评估2组老年人用药存在误区和药物知识掌握情况。结果:干预组干预前后在用药存在误区方面改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组除经验用药和慕名用药误区外,其余用药误区无改变(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组的用药知识掌握率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:授权教育充分考虑了地区经济、交通及老年人文化程度的差异,是促进海岛地区老年人合理用药的有效教育方式。
[Objective] To evaluate the medication intake of the elderly in island regions and to research the influence on taking behavior and medicament know ledge w ith authorized education.[Method] 210 elderly from three regions w ere randomly divided into a intervention group and control group.After preliminary investigation,the elderly in the control group received traditional education and the intervention group w as received authorized education.After intervention,medication errors and drug know ledge level of tw o groups w ere assessed again.[Result] Before and after intervention,the intervention group had statistically significant in medication errors(P〈 0.05),but the control group w as no significant difference(P〉 0.05) except experience medication and attracted medication.After the intervention,the intervention group had more abundant medicament know ledge compared w ith before intervention and the control group.[Conclusion] The authorized education fully consider the difference of economic,transport and cultural level of the elderly,and it is an effective means of education on promoting rational drug of elderly in island region.
