电动雾化吸入普米克令舒预防喘息样支气管炎反复发作的应用

Application of electric-atomization inhalation of pulmicort respules in preventing repeated attack of asthmatic bronchitis

目的：探讨电动雾化吸入普米克令舒在预防喘息样支气管炎反复发作中的作用。方法：将68例反复发作≥2次的喘息样支气管炎患儿分成2组,对照组患儿出院后予常规口服止咳、抗过敏药物巩固治疗3~5天,观察组患儿出院后在常规巩固治疗基础上,加电驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒。对于Ig E升高或有过敏史、遗传史者,2组均加孟鲁斯特口服（4mg q N）。随访1年,比较2组患儿喘息反复发作次数。结果：观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：电动雾化吸入普米克令舒可有效预防喘息样支气管炎反复发作,值得临床推荐使用。

[Objective] To study the effects of electric-atomization inhalation of pulmicort respules in preventing repeated attacks of asthmatic bronchitis.[Method] A total of 62 chileren w ith asthmatic bronchitis w ho suffered from repeated attack ≥2 times w ere randomly divided into tw o groups.Control group w as received conventional treatment of anti-cough and anti-allergy for 3-5days after discharge.On that basis,electric-atomization inhalation of pulmicort respules w ere used in observation group.Additional mantelukast（4mg,po,qn） w ere used in patients w ith elevated serum Ig E,allergy history or inherited history in both groups.All patients w ere follow ed-up for one year and the recurrence rate of the w heezing w ere comparatively analyzed.[Result]The recurrence rate of the observation group w as low-er than that of the control group and the comparative difference of the tw o groups w as statically significant.[Conclusion] Electric-atomization inhalation of pulmicort respules could effectively prevent repeated attacks of asthmatic bronchitis.It holds promise for clinical application.
