摘要
目前我国卓越特殊教育(简称"特教")教师培养计划已全面启动实施。在培养过程中,应注意存在的几个问题:一是特教教师培养机构有待完善;二是特教教师培养中"医教结合"的顶层设计欠缺;三是特教教师专业水平普遍不高;四是特教教师培养课程体系不健全。对此,应采取切实有效的政策和措施来确保卓越特教教师培养计划更为科学、合理地实施,使特教教师的培养体系更为完善。
Outstanding teacher training program has been launched in an all-round way in China.In the process of training,attention should be paid to the problems in the implementation.Improvement should be made to address the problems of the construction of training institutions,the lack of the top-level design about combining medicine and training of special-education teachers.Effective easures are to be taken to ensure a more scientific,rational and systematic system of outstanding teacher training programme.
