摘要
基于模块化产品特征的两个维度,即模块化产品组织建构的开放性与封闭性以及模块化产品技术的变动性与稳定性,阐述了不同类型产品系统对系统集成商、加工组装企业以及模块供应商的能力要求。在此基础上对不同类型产品系统中我国企业所处的竞争空间进行分析,提出了相应的国际竞争策略,然后通过揭示产品模块化组织动态演化方式对竞争策略及相应的企业能力扩展方向进行了探讨。
Based on two dimensions of modular product characteristic,openness or closure of modularized product and organization architecture,and volatility or stability of modular technology,this paper illustrates the capability requirements for product system integrator,assembler and modular-maker in different types of modularized product hierarchy. For Chinese manufacturing enterprises,their competition spaces are analyzed,and corresponding international competition strategies are proposed. And then,it analyzes the dynamics of organization change in product modularization,accordingly both the competition strategies and the capability expanding directions for the enterprises in different manufacturing layers are further explored.
