摘要 构建了浙江民营企业和谐劳动关系评价模型,并对金华市SS公司的劳动关系个案进行了研究,在此基础上提出了构建民营企业和谐劳动关系的对策。 A harmonious labor relations evaluation model of Zhejiang private enterprises is constructed in this paper,and a case study of Jinhua SS company labor relationship is provided,some countermeasures for constructing enterprise harmonious labor relationship are promoted in the end.
