我国当代工程人才思政教育培养模式问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Education Mode of Contemporary Engineering Talents

当前,工程硕士教育正在获得快速发展,但思想政治教育却相对滞后。工程作为技术要素与非技术要素的集成创造活动,其本质决定了工程人才培养的开放性和多元性,同时也对作为价值引领和精神塑造的思政教育提出了新的要求。在培养21世纪工程人才过程中,如何明确思政教育的功能定位,有效发挥其作用和功能,建立和完善中国特色的工程硕士思政教育模式,将是我国工程人才教育面临的重要课题。

At present,engineering postgraduate education is developing rapidly but its ideological and political education lags behind. Engineering is a comprehensive creative activity of technological factors and non-technological factors,whose nature determines the openness and diversity of its talent cultivation and poses new requirements for ideological and political education with the functions of value guidance and spiritual shaping. In the process of cultivating the 21 st century engineering talents,how to define the function orientation of ideological and political education to give its role into full play and establishing and optimizing the ideological and political education for engineering postgraduates with Chinese characteristics will be an important issue for engineering talent education.
