国内大学英语教师发展研究调查——基于国内外语类核心期刊的数据分析(2003—2012)

A Survey on Studies of College English Teacher Development in China——Statistical Analysis Based on Core Foreign Language Journals( 2003—2012)

对我国十年来(2003—2012年)发表在外语类十二种核心期刊1上的92篇有关大学英语教师发展的研究文献进行了调查。通过查阅文献内容并进行系统分析,发现:1)从研究分布上看,有关大学英语教师发展的研究在2006年和2011年达到高点,2005年为最低点,但总体研究成果匮乏;2)从研究方法上看,相关研究大多属于思辨性研究,实证性研究较少,虽然一些研究采用了课堂观察,调查问卷、访谈,测试等方法收集了一些数据进行分析,但涉及到的统计方法较为简单;3)从研究内容上看,主要涉及六大类,包括教师素质,教师话语,教师信念,教师身份认同与角色特征,现代教育技术与教师发展以及教师自主性发展等。

This paper has a survey of 92 articles on studies of college English teacher development published in core foreign language journals in China. Through searching,reading and analyzing those literatures,it finds out that： 1） research distribution： the research on college English teacher development has reached the peak point in 2006 and 2011,and its low point in 2005. In general,the research is insufficient; 2） research method： most of the related studies are speculative,not empirical. Although some study collects some data through classroom observation,interview,questionnaire,testing etc.,it only involves simple statistical methods; 3） research contents： it covers 6 categories including teachers＇ qualities,teacher talk,teachers＇ beliefs,teacher identity and role features,modern educational technology and teacher development and teachers＇ autonomous development.
