高等师范院校英语教育专业师资培养现状及改革策略分析

The Analysis of the Current Situation and Reform Strategies of Training Teachers of English Education Major in Normal Universities

随着国家对教育事业的日益重视,近期教育部提出了一系列教育改革方案。高等师范院校英语教育专业肩负着为国家培养英语教育师资人才的重任,如何适应这些改革自然成为大家关注的焦点。考察了高等师范院校英语教育专业师资培养的现状,在此基础上,提出改革英语教学模式、加强教学质量评估体系建设、提高高等师范院校英语教师自身素质等措施,旨在为达到高等师范院校英语教育专业培养目标,选择合理的培养方式和方法,以实现高等师范院校英语教育专业教学效果和师资培养的最优化。

As the government is paying more attention to education,recently the Ministry of Education has put forward a series of education reforms. The English education majors in higher Normal Universities are shouldering the responsibility of training teachers for English education. How to adapt to the reforms has naturally become the focus of public attention. This paper investigates the current situation of English education and the teacher training in higher Normal Universities. Besides,this paper proposes some measures,such as the reform of English teaching mode,the reinforcement of the construction of teaching quality evaluation system,and the improvement of the English teachers＇ qualities with an aim to achieve the training goal of English education majors. We should choose the proper training mode and method to realize the optimization of teaching effect and training teachers in Normal Universities.
