摘要
通过一对一教学与班级教学的对比,指出一对一教学的优缺点及教学瓶颈;提出结合一对一教学的优势来提高教学质量;尝试从教材、学生及教师三个方面入手,重点分析教师在教学过程中的主导与调控作用。
Through the comparison between one-to-one teaching and class teaching,this paper points out the advantages and teaching bottlenecks of one-to-one teaching,proposes how to make use of its advantages to improve the teaching quality and analyzes teachers' dominating and monitoring functions from aspects of the teaching material,students and teachers.
