摘要
沙盘疗法,作为一种心理咨询与治疗的技术,至今已有100多年的历史。对沙盘疗法的演变历史、实施方法和治疗机制及其在我国个体和团体心理咨询与治疗中的应用进行了总结,并展望了沙盘疗法在我国心理咨询与治疗领域的发展前景。
Sandplay Therapy,as a technique of psychological consultation and treatment,has a history of over 100 years. This paper summarizes its evolution history,implementation methods and treatment mechanism as well as it application in our country＇s individual and group psychological consultation and treatment and anticipates its prospect in our country＇s psychological consultation and treatment.
