“Turn Crisis into Opportunities”— the Use of the Freshmen's Psychological Guidance in Higher Education Management

思想政治教育工作是高校教育管理的重要内容,而学生突发事件的处理是思政工作水平的验金石。以个案的形式介绍辅导员处理新生突发事件的实际过程,并且利用该契机,对学生心理进行疏导,凸显思想政治教育工作的意义。

The ideological and political education work is a cardinal issue in higher education management,while handling emergency is the touchstone of competence in students＇ ideological and political education. In this paper,based on case analysis,the author introduced how the counselor deals with freshman emergency,and optimized the opportunity to provide psychological counseling,thus highlighting the significance of ideological and political education.
