摘要
本试验主要探讨金属元素钼(Mo)对F1代雌性小鼠雌激素的影响。试验选择健康昆明系ICR F1雌性小白鼠20只,体重30~40 g,适应5 d后,随机分为4组。基础日粮相同,试验组分别在其饮水中加入100、200和400 mg/L钼酸钠,对照组给予正常饮水。喂养7周后,测量其体重并记录。采用眼球摘除采血法采集血液制备血清,测定小鼠的肝脏、肾脏、脾脏,计算肝脏、肾脏、脾脏的脏器指数。采用发光免疫技术测定小鼠血清雌二醇水平。
To investigate the effects of metal molybdenum on estrogen of the F1 generation of female mice,20 healthy ICR rats,30 ~ 40 g,were randomly allotted to four groups.Sodium molybdate was administrated to mice at different doses(aqueous solution with 0 mg/L Mo,100 mg/L Mo,200 mg/L Mo,400 mg/L Mo)for seven weeks,the control group received normal drinking water.During the test animals,the situation of all the animals was observed and recorded.After 7 weeks of feeding,body weight was measured and recorded.Preparation of serum was under blood collection by enucleation,and the liver,kidney and spleen of mice were determined.And the organ index of liver,kidney and spleen were calculated.The levels of estradiol were determined by immunoassay technology.
