摘要 S100钙结合蛋白A11(S100A11)为S100蛋白家族中的一员,与其他EF手型Ca2+结合蛋白家族成员相比有其特征。S100A11广泛表达于多种组织,可位于细胞质及细胞核,甚至细胞外围。目前研究发现S100A11参与多种生物学功能的调节,在调节细胞生长、凋亡、调节炎症反应、调控细胞骨架构建等方面发挥重要作用。该文将联系S100A11的多种靶蛋白,对其生物学功能进行综述,通过揭示S100A11的内在信号转导通路,为相关疾病的诊断、治疗及预防提供帮助。 S100 calcium binding protein A11(S100A11),as a member of S100 protein family,while featuring the common identities as the other EF-hand Ca2 +-binding family members,has its own individual characteristics.S100A11 is widely expressed in multiple tissues and is located in cytoplasm,nucleus,and even cell periphery.Here we systematically describe the biological roles of S100A11 and its possible signaling pathway in the processes of cell growth regulation,apoptosis,inflammation regulation of enzyme activity,and cytoskeleton dynamics.Here is to make a review of the multiple target protein and the biological functions of S100A11,so as to provide help in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the related diseases through the S100A11 inner signal transduction pathways.
