摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是一种以非心源性肺水肿和进行性低氧血症为特征的肺部疾病,其发病机制复杂,病死率高。关于ALI病理生理过程调控机制的文献报道较多,近期研究表明,A2腺苷受体参与调控ALI的病理生理过程,激活的A2腺苷受体对不同病因所致的ALI的作用及机制不尽相同。 Acute lung injury(ALI) is a lung disease with high mortality rate and complex pathogenesis,characterized by noncardiogenic pulmonary edema and progressive hypoxia.There are a lot of reported literatures about regulating the pathophysiology of ALI,and recent evidence shows that A2 adenosine receptors involves in regulating the pathophysiological process of ALI.The effect and mechanism of activated A2 adenosine receptors on ALI caused by different etiologies are various.
