与三叉神经传导通路有关的诱发电位检测 被引量:2

摘要 三叉神经为混合神经,含有一般躯体感觉和特殊内脏运动纤维,是最粗大的脑神经。分布于面部皮肤、眶内、口腔、鼻腔、鼻旁窦的黏膜及脑膜等。在头面部因与其他脑神经交联其感觉传导通路颇为复杂,相关的临床疾病诊断及治疗也较为困难。目前与三叉神经传导通路有关的诱发电位检测已开始应用于头面部疾病的诊断及治疗,但检测方法多样,了解诱发电位的检测机制有助于头面部各种诱发电位检测的应用及临床诊疗工作。 Trigeminal nerve is the most massive cranial nerve and mixed nerve with general somatosensory and special visceral motor fibers.It is distributed in the facial skin,orbit,oral cavity,nasal cavity,paranasal sinus mucosa and meninges,etc.Its feeling conductive pathways are complicated in the head and face region because of the cross-linking with other cranial nerves.So the diagnosis and treatment of head and face diseases are relatively difficulty.Currently the detection of evoked potentials has been applied in the diagnosis and treatment of head and facial diseases in clinic as an effective method,while through various approaches.Therefore,it is helpful for the clinicians to be acquaintant with the detection mechanism of evoked potentials in order to guide its clinical application.
